This is my second stay.. and I must say they are the best -consistently. They have a rooftop restaurant ( delicious - great prices)that overlooks the city and happy hour that serves the best times. I recommend this hotel anyone cruising. Shuttle is free from the airport and $15 to the pier. Tell them Dove sent you.
Holiday Inn Miami Airport is an ok hotel. Nothing special, but it works. The beds are super comfortable, but there is a lack of electrical outlets next to the bed. Some areas of the hotel could use better cleaning or a bit of refurbishment. The rooms are average. The staff is super friendly, and the restaurant staff is very nice and welcoming. It is perfect for one night or if you have a flight the next day.
The hotel was clean and had a lot of amenities. The restaurant and lounge was good and the microwave in the room was very helpful. The staff was very friendly helpful and attentive. Elizabeth at the front desk was superb. She provided valuable information and advice. Excellent customer service and support. I would recommend this hotel for anyone considering booking here in Florida.
We had a great experience at the Holiday Inn Miami thanks to Mary, the waitress from Peru. She was incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel welcome from the start. Her excellent service really made our meal special. Highly recommended!
OK place for afternoon arrivals into airport for next morning cruise embarking... Rooms were spacious and ok (nothing special and no charging ports by bed), but the whole hotel felt just a bit worn. Pros - Free shuttle from Airport. Also $14 shuttle to port the next morning if you just book it when you check-in, however an uber was cheaper so we opted for that. Rooftop bar had a great $5drink Happy Hour.
My stay was amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The young lady elizabeth who checked us in was very helpful in helping us find shopping malls and sites to see. She also shared her experience about the cruise we were going on. Thank you so much!! Ps. The resturaunt on the 9th floor food was amazing as well.!! Elizabeth keep shining!!!!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a great experience at Holiday Inn Miami International Airport – Blue Lagoon. Michael at the front desk was amazing—super friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. He made the whole experience smooth and pleasant from the moment I walked in. Staff like him really make a difference. Big thanks to Michael!
Very friendly front desk -Elizabeth. We took a red eye flight and when we got to a hotel, when a room was cleaned, she let us in a little earlier so we could catch some sleep before the day’s activity. She was far and beyond to help me with my Uber reservation to make it correct so we didn’t need to walk on the street to catch the ride. She gave us some suggestions for where to see and go in Miami area. She was so wonderful. The bed and comfort cover were so good which I had a good night’s sleep. We definitely will stay there if we get chance to visit Miami.
